Spend an Evening Out at Fogler's Greenhouse Thursday

  • April 23, 2012

Charlotte's Wings is delighted to announce that Fogler's Greenhouse will be hosting an evening of appetizers, wine and shopping on Thursday April 26th – and supporting Charlotte’s Wings in the process.

That night, from 5-9 p.m., Fogler's customers will be invited to donate a new children's book to Charlotte’s Wings. Come shop during this 10 percent off evening, enjoy a glass of wine from Rochester's own Cose di Lusso and support Charlotte’s Wings at the same time!

Charlotte’s Wings is a non-profit organization based in Rochester Hills, which was founded in March 2008. It was founded in memory of a local infant girl, Charlotte, who died at just five months old of a rare degenerative brain disease. In lieu of baptism gifts, her parents made a large donation of books to the pediatric unit at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Charlotte’s Wings was founded to continue and expand this initiative – donating books to children in hospital and hospice care in Michigan. To date they have donated 14,000 to Michigan hospitals and hospices. Through this endeavor, they aim to provide hope and smiles during traumatic times.
