A 29-year-old Pontiac man is in jail Sunday after threatening to kill a Speedway employee while intoxicated and refusing to cooperate with police, according to a media release from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
Just after 3 a.m. Sunday, Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 900 block of Sherry Drive in Orion Township after receiving calls abut a man yelling and screaming down the street. According to the report, deputies soon located the disorderly man inside the Speedway gas station at Lapeer and Clarkston roads.
