Funeral is Wednesday for Rochester Toddler Struck By Car
Kenley Dabrowski passed away Saturday. Her funeral will be at the Modetz Funeral Home in Orion, and a memorial fund has been created in her name.
Kenley Marie Dabrowski was "a great hugger and kisser and always on the go," according to her obituary provided by Modetz Funeral Home.
Kenley, 18 months old, of Rochester, passed away on Saturday after being struck by a car backing out of an Orion Township driveway.
Here is the text of her obituary, which has been provided by the funeral home:
"Cherished baby girl of Daniel and Sarah. Beloved Granddaughter of Richard and Linda Dabrowski and Michael and Cheryl Mikita. Great Granddaughter of Trudy Baker and Walter and Joyce Mikita. Dear niece of Elizabeth Mikita, Rick (Mandy) and Phillip (Crystal) Dabrowski. Cousin of Charlie, Andrew, Kallie, and Elliot.
"Kenley was a funny, happy, bright and loving little girl. She was a great hugger and kisser and always on the go."
The family will receive friends Tuesday 3-8 p.m. and Wednesday 2-8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Wednesday service at the Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion.
Memorial donations may be made to the family for a future scholarship in Kenley’s memory at Stadium Drive Elementary School in Lake Orion.
