If your cupboards are stocked with canned foods that you don't foresee eating in the near future, donate the goods to the Oxford/Orion FISH food pantry on Saturday.

The Oxford/Orion FISH supplies thousands of pounds of food monthly to those in need in Oakland Township, Oxford, Lake Orion and Addison. Orion Neighborhood Television is sponsoring the second annual FISH Food Drive on Saturday at Good Shepherd Lutheran School, 1950 S. Baldwin Rd. in Lake Orion. Donors are welcome to stop by and listen to good music from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Along with a number of musical acts, a bounce house and concessions will be available on-site.

Entrance to the event costs $5 or five cans of food per adult and $2 or two cans of food per child. For families, the entry fee is $15 or 15 cans of food.

Items needed include:

  • Boxed potatoes
  • Gravy
  • Snacks
  • Pineapple
  • Cereal
  • Gluten-free items
