Like Golf? Purchase Tickets For the U.S. Senior Open

The big golf tournament will take place at Indianwood Golf and Country Club in Lake Orion.

Thousands of people will be pouring into Lake Orion to watch the 33rd Annual U.S. Senior Open at Indianwood Golf and Country Club in Lake Orion.

Fred Couples, Tom Watson and Olin Browne are just a few of the big names in golf that will be competing at the United States Golf Association event, which runs July 9-15. Indianwood has hosted other championships in the past, including the Women's U.S. Open in 1994, however this is its first time having the U.S. Senior Open take place on its greens.

Tickets for the tournament have been selling quick, so secure your tickets soon by ordering them online at www.iwgcc.com.

Daily practice round tickets for July 9-11 are $20 per person and daily championship round tickets for July 12-15 are $40 per person. Each of the tickets include admission, bleacher seating and free parking. Children 17-years-old and younger can get in the event for free when attending with an adult who has purchased a ticket.

A weekly ticket can also be purchased for $120 per person.

Both retired and active military personnel will be able to enjoy a free day at the U.S. Senior Open. July 11 is designated as Free Military Day, so service men and women will be able to show their military identifications at the gate to the event and enjoy a free, entertaining day of watching golf.

No. I would love to, but am retired and can't afford $40 price. All the best to Indianwood for hosting the Open. I will watch on television.
