   Deal: If you like to spread the love on Valentine's Day, buy one Hallmark card and get one free, up to a $2.50 value. Print a coupon to activate this deal at hallmark.com.

   Deal: If you want to spoil your child, grandchild, niece or nephew, visit Kmart to receive 25 percent off all Valentine's Day plush animals. A wide range of monkeys, teddy bears, dogs and more qualify for the discount.

4. Kroger
   Deal: Stock up on Valentine's Day exchange cards for school parties at Kroger. Receive 25 percent off select varieties and sizes of cards. Candy sales are big this week as well, with Russell Stover Mini Hearts Candy (2.95-ounce bags) and Brach's Conversation Hearts Valentine Candy (8-ounce bags) at 10 for $10.
