Have a Spare 5 Minutes? Use them to Help Fight or Prevent COPD

Exercise is an easy addition to daily routines and can make a big difference in fighting Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

If you have COPD, exercising can help build your respiratory muscles and make breathing an easier task. If you want to prevent COPD, strong respiratory muscles are more apt to fight the disease or not show signs or symptoms of the disease as early.

Go ahead, change your life in 5 minutes.  Here's how:

Next time you're at the grocery store, take an extra lap or two around the store while pushing your cart to help build endurance. This small act can make a big difference to your heart and lungs!
