If you're looking for traditional Irish food and beer on St. Patrick's Day, head over to CJ Mahoney's Sports Grill. It's conveniently located on Rochester Road just north of M-59 and offers daily specials, including $1 off of all drinks during Happy Hour from 2-7 p.m. on weekdays.
The restaurant is spacious and has a large, accommodating bar. There are many different kinds of beer on tap here, and the prices are very affordable. A kids' meal, which can include a grilled cheese sandwich, slider or a hot dog, is just $1.99 any day of the week.
Today, the restaurant is deviating from its normal menu to offer corned beef and cabbage, as well as other traditional Irish foods. They also have a reuben on the menu that has corned beef with Swiss cheese, saurkraut and 1,000 Island dressing on grilled Rye for $6.49.
