5 Things to Know This Week

Oakland Township can look forward to hot weather, musicals, used clothing sales and more.

1. Triple-digit heat possible again this week: Though we may not set another record high like we did last Thursday, heat indices late this week could still push 100 degrees. According to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac, high temperatures for the next few days will reach the mid- to upper 80s, and on Thursday, temperatures in the low to mid-90s could push the heat index into the triple digits.
