Bundle Up Tonight: Hazardous Weather in the Forecast

Football fans can expect cold, wet evening; by Sunday the skies will be sunny.

For those readers planning on attending an , be sure to break out those sweatshirts, pants and blankets: it’s going to be a cold one.

The National Weather Service reported a hazardous weather outlook for both today and Saturday. Forecasts show that temperatures will only reach a high of 50 degrees today, sinking to the lower 40s this evening. Wind and rain are forecast to dominate the night with wind gusts potentially reaching 40 mph.

It might not be wet Saturday but it will still be cold with a high of 53 degrees and a low of 38 degrees forecast.

Frost is also possible Saturday night, according to the report.

Nice weather will make a comeback on Sunday, with a projected high of 60 degrees and sunny skies (just in time for The Brooksie Way half-marathon).
