VIDEO: 'Freaky Deaky' Mansion Up for Sale for $3.5 Million
Crews have been filming Elmore Leonard's "Freaky Deaky" at the Oakland Township home for several weeks.
When the Copacias built their 19,600-square-feet home nearly a decade ago, they pored over every painstaking detail and designed the home from the ground up.
Now, they are selling the mansion — where for several weeks — for $3.5 million.
"I probably haven't been in every bathroom, literally, since we moved here," homeowner Tim Copacia said. "Hopefully, we can find a buyer that would love to be in Oakland Township. It's a great area."
