Week in Review: Safety Path on Indianwood, Seniors Honored and More

Here's what happened in and around Oakland Township and Lake Orion last week.

A lot happened last week and we want to make sure you didn't miss a thing, so here are some of the highlights:

  • : Hundreds of local sellers peddle bottle rockets, Roman candles and other dazzlers for summer revelry.
  • : The 5-year-old German Shepherd named Gunner had been exhibiting aggressive behavior, sheriff's office said.
  • : The Orion Township Board of Trustees votes to address resident concerns before moving forward.
  • : Over 500 people actively participated, making it the 'best year ever' for the Oxford-Lake Orion event.
  • : Lake Orion High School's outstanding seniors were recognized at an Honors Convocation on Monday.
  • : The Farmers Market returns to downtown Lake Orion from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday.
  • : St. Joseph School students, with help from kids from all over the world, created this work of art.
