Hard-to Recycle Items Collection Event

HEADLINE: 2013 HARD-TO-RECYCLE ITEMS COLLECTION EVENTS

Hard-to-recycle materials are those items that typically end up in
the landfill (and shouldn't be there!). Think outside the recycling bin. Your
Electronics, Metals, Appliances, or Anything with a Plug are FREE to area
residents or small businesses. However, we have to charge a fee for tube TV's
and monitors because of the additional cost to recycle. The Recycling Sisters
are sponsoring these Hard-to-Recycle events in Clarkston and Waterford.

What if you have large items like stoves or appliances with Freon
like refrigerators? We provide FREE PICK-UP SERVICE for all large appliances
regardless if they have Freon or not. Yes, a licensed technician properly
removes the Freon. Just call Patty @ 248-240-4899 to schedule appointment.

What if you have a large quantity of hard-to-recycle materials,
like enough to fill a 30 gallon garbage can? Use our free pick-up service by
calling Patty @ 248-240-4899.

What are the drop-off fees for Tube TV's and monitors? Or what
will you charge to pick up TV's? Tube TV's and monitors as everyone knows have
4 to 8 pounds of lead in them and clearly shouldn't be in our landfills. The
fees are $10 for small and $25 for anything larger than 32 " TV. We charge
half the cost to remove TV's as other TV removal services. The normal TV
removal cost would be $100, plus, additional $25 for each TV. Our price to
remove is $50 for the first TV, then standard fee $10 for small and $25
for  32" or larger. We do provide
Senior citizen discounts as well.

What items do you accept? Mainly the items listed below, however,
