The third and final presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney is scheduled for 9 p.m. Monday at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida (Tickets). The topic is foreign policy and the moderator is Bob Schieffer, host of Face the Nation on CBS.
