Week in Review: Student Accomplishments, Nick's is Back

Here's what's been happening in and around Oakland Township in the past week.

A lot happened in and around Oakland Township this week and we want to make sure you heard about it all, so Patch picked out some of the highlights from the past week to catch you up to speed:

  • School news: Student accomplishments highlighted the week. Student athletes in the area celebrated National Signing Day on Wednesday, including . On Thursday we profiled a Lake Orion High School student . Stoney Creek football players welcomed their , on Thursday. We also checked in on the teachers .
  • Winter driving: We haven't had much of a winter to talk about so far, but after a strong snowfall we gave and on Tuesday we reported that .
