Rochester First Assembly of God is led by Senior Pastor Richard Crisco, Worship Pastor Nate Marialke, Intercessory Prayer Pastor Patti Morris, Youth Pastor Sarah Morris and Children's Pastor Dyanna Landgrebe. The large church opts for a contemporary worship style that includes singing, playing instruments and sometimes even dancing, and visitors are invited to "come as you are" to worship services. The church has many ministries, including Jacob's Gen Children's Ministry, The Rev Youth Ministry, S.H.I.E.L.D. Ministry for young adults, and ministries for community groups and prayer groups.
