The office of Fire Chief Bill Benoit is located on the second floor of township hall. Fire Station No. 1 is located on Collins Road just north of Orion Road, between township hall and the Oakland County Sheriff's Department substation; Fire Station No. 2 is located at Rochester and Stony Creek roads. Both stations have two fire engines and an ambulance each. The fire department also has a rescue truck, rescue boat, special response trailer, tanker, technical response unit and several pick-up trucks.
